The process begins with a thorough, detailed FREE inspection of the area in question, whether that’s your roof, siding, or windows. Our professionals have years of experience and know exactly what to look for. You can trust that the inspection will be comprehensive and accurate.
For example, if we’re inspecting your roof, we’ll check for any signs of damage, leaks, or wear and tear. We’ll check for hail damage, structural damage, and any other issues that could be problems. We’ll also inspect the gutters, flashing, and chimney to ensure that everything is in good condition.
Repair vs. Replacement
After we do a thorough inspection, we’ll give you our honest opinion about whether you just need to repair the issue or whether you need a full replacement. We believe in full transparency about the condition of your roof and will only recommend a replacement if it’s necessary.
If we believe that a repair is sufficient, we’ll make that clear and give you an estimate for the cost of the repair. If we think a full replacement is necessary, we’ll explain why and provide you with options.
So, if we’re talking about your roof, we might get up there and see that your roof still has 7 – 8 years left in it before it needs to be replaced. Or, based on the condition or potential damage, we might recommend that you go with a full replacement.
It’s important to note that this inspection is a no-pressure inspection. Like you, we don’t like high-pressure salespeople who push and push for you to make a particular decision. It’s your home, and we want what’s best for you and your home.

Proactive Assessment For Insurable Loss
If it looks like you need a full replacement, we’re going to actively look for an insurable loss. In other words, we’re going to try to save you money by finding any potential damage that could be covered by your homeowner’s insurance. That way, you can get a new roof, siding, or windows without having to pay for the entire cost out of pocket.
If it appears that there is an insurable loss and you want to file a claim with your homeowner’s insurance, we’ll assist you with that process as well.
Multiple Estimates
,If no insurable loss is found, we’ll provide you with multiple estimates for repairing or replacing. Typically, we provide an “economy” estimate and a “premium” estimate. Both options will protect your home for years to come and will have warranty on them. The premium option will just have more extra features or an even longer warranty.
If we think the issue is repairable, we’ll provide you with an estimate of the repair cost.
Making The Decision
Ultimately, the decision is up to you. We understand that budget constraints can play a role in your decision-making process, which is why we offer multiple estimates to fit your needs. Our goal is to provide you with all the information and options so that you can make the best decision for your home.
Doing The Work
Once you’ve made your decision, we’ll get to work. The person who did the inspection and provided the estimate will be the project lead. This helps ensure you don’t feel confused as to who is doing what and who you should be talking to.
